Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is defective, which we warranty for 24 months.
Single AVEOtsd's may be returned within 60 days if the customer has found the product not to be effective in treating snoring.
In the case of multiples (including twin packs), only one used (packet opened) AVEOtsd will be refunded. Additional AVEOtsd's must be unused and unopened in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Where a part order is eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be pro-rated by diving the order by the total number of devices shipped.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And the device must be returned to Dunedin, New Zealand at the buyer's expense.
To return your product, you should first order orders@aveotsd.com and discuss with one of our experts why the product is not working, and make all reasonable attempts to follow the advice given on using the product.
If the device is found not to be suitable an RMA number will be issued and instructions for return of the device(s) will be issued.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
